The British Adrien Marsh started gaining weight due to eating too much food, first in the restaurants she visited with her boyfriend.

She often ate two high-calorie meals for dinner, drank cocktails and had many snacks throughout the day.

“It is difficult to determine how many calories I consumed in the evening, because every restaurant is different. The first meal can be about 2,000 calories. One meal was usually followed by a drink, a chicken hamburger, and chips or pasta, which can again contain 1,000 to 2,000 calories. Besides all that, I drank cocktails. “Five Pina Colada cocktails have an average of about 870 calories, so a complete dinner might have been around 4,000 calories,” said Adrienne.

When she realized that she could no longer wear her favorite pieces of clothing, in January 2019 she decided to change her habits.

Instead of going to a restaurant with the boy, she started going for walks regularly and eating homemade food. Adrienne began the Cambridge diet, which consumes 1,000 calories a day. She currently weighs 72 kilograms and is very satisfied with her appearance.
