This mixture can be freely given to children older than three years. Homemade medicine based on honey, nettle and turmeric, in addition to strengthening the immune system, also eliminates allergic symptoms, relieves pain caused by arthritis, eliminates sputum from the bronchi.
DRINK FROM NETTLE, HONEY AND TURMETIC FOR ANEMIA
The elixir prepared from nettles, honey and turmeric will allow your body to receive enough minerals and vitamins that are especially useful for people with anemia. Not only will it improve your blood count, but it will also boost your immune system.
3 cups freshly squeezed nettle juice
3 tablespoons turmeric powder
3 cups raw organic honey
Pick the dill with gloves from a clean environment. Young peaks with 3-4 leaves are harvested. Wash the well-selected nettle, then leave it on a cloth to dry. Then squeeze it into a juicer. Regardless of the amount of nettle you pick, the following proportions are used:
To one cup of nettle juice add 3 cups of honey (1: 3), and to this mixture add 3 tablespoons of turmeric powder. The resulting mixture is stored well sealed in a glass container, refrigerated or in a cool, dark and dry place.
Usage: 1 tablespoon smeared in a glass of warm water. Drink twice a day before a meal.
