How Much You Should Walk Per Day In Kilometres To Lose At Least 4 Pounds In 1 Week?

Losing weight is always connected with some physical activity. You can go to the gym, run,go on Pilates or whatever you want, just move your body. Our suggestion for today is a little experiment that we made by walking or brisk walking everyday and see how much weight we can lose is one week by doing that.

So what we did? Walking everyday, around 7 pm (you can walk what time you like) and combined with brisk walking. The number of kilometres per day was around 6 km, sometimes even more. Just make a goal and try to achieve it.

Our result from this little experiment was 4 pounds in one week.
This experiment was combined with drinking fruit smoothie every morning, a lot of water, more then 2 liters per day.
The lunch was usually meat with salad. Dinner was skipped or just salad.

So, if you feel like you need to slim down some pounds and you want to do it fast, you can try our little plan. At the end of the day, there is nothing better than long walks in your place. If you are alone, put your headphones on and listen good music, if you have company, even better.
