800 ml of water
240 ml of honey
3 tablespoons finely chopped thyme

PREPARATION:
Put thyme in water and bring to a boil
Reduce the heat and let the amount of liquid halve
Allow to cool, add honey and mix well
Take the syrup every few hours, and you can store it in the refrigerator for up to three weeks
