At this text we are going to tell you the secret of 56 years old woman from South Australia and how did she lost 20 kg and also kept the fat coming again.

She was trying to lose weight all the time. Once she lost 20 pounds she was gaining 30 pounds after that, the jojo effect. She used to eat 2 pieces of toast, or maybe cake and a cup of coffee every morning – which is so unhealthy. Her weight was 100 kg at the age of 50 even though she was dieting all the time.

However, she did found the secret of how to lose weight and stay fit all the time. When she released that she just needed to lose weight desperately,  she decided to join a gym and got to workout, three times a week and also walking regularly.

So what she did? Portion control.

She hardly eats ant bread, and if she eats, it’s on the weekend and it’s garlic bread. She love sweets but she only eats them when she goes out with friends.

This kind of diet also recommends to eat two serves of fruit and five serves of vegetables a day, along with lean protein and wholegrain, complex carbohydrates at every meal.

Some people like to have fruit- about one cup of berries, a whole apple or two pieces of smaller fruit like apricots or kiwi fruit.
Some people like cup of salad vegetables (like tomato, cucumber or baby spinach) equates to one serve, while a half cup of cooked vegetables (like broccoli or potato) is one serve.

The best conclusion is that the portions of protein should be no bigger than our palms and two pieces of bread, a full cup of cooked rice, pasta or grains is how much we should be eating at each meal.
