About the Storyline of Willow
Willow is without a doubt the best movie for kids. Even though I’m not easily moved emotionally, the picture was one of the few that made me feel deeply. Even though it wasn’t a masterpiece, the story was fun, well-written, and had interesting characters. When I heard they were making a series, I was overjoyed.
Really, it’s been a long time since I’ve seen a show with such bad writing as this one. I tried to ignore the annoying characters as much as possible (Kit was the worst), but it doesn’t make sense that most of the cast is British and the most annoying character sounds like she just walked off the set of Riverdale. Is the point to make her even more annoyed? The corny one-liners and dumb “jokes” were written for people who didn’t exist when the movie came out.
On a side note, I gave it three stars instead of two because I liked seeing Sorcha and Willow again and the other references.

It was a terrible show. Both the writing and the pace are rushed, and neither the plot nor the characters are given enough attention.
The same kind of bad dialogue that you can find on network TV, with the CW usually having the worst dialogue. In the first episode, for example, a character who had been talked about a lot up to that point dies while he is still a member of the core team, and no one notices that he has died. What the heck could this be? Who wrote this stupid, pointless, and pointless show?
Also, things that don’t fit with the time period, like modern dance, pop songs, and being rude to members of the royal family, really take you out of the dream world. Either this is a work of high fantasy or a low-budget teen drama trying to be something else.
I wanted to like this so much, but I just can’t. It looks like the writers didn’t take their job seriously and only worked on the script when they had the time or on the weekends. This makes it look like the writers didn’t care about what they were supposed to do.
