The only reliable source of fire is found in Flame Spirits, which appear as dark monsters that dwell deep within the forest.

Flame Spirits may only be obtained by hunting them. The Millenium comet, a man-made star that had previously wandered the void, might be harvested by someone who has recently been the focus of legends that have been spreading among fire hunters and has been given the moniker “The King of Fire Hunters.”

The main characters of this story are Koushi, a young guy who went to school in the city, and Touko, a young woman who was raised in a rural area. The future of the entire world will be decided by the unexpected encounter between two people, who never intended to cross paths.
